LeanSync does not sell personal information — not to advertisers, not to data brokers, not to anyone. We also do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Your rights

Under CCPA, California residents have the right to:

• Know what personal information we have about you.
• Delete that information.
• Correct inaccurate information.
• Limit use of sensitive personal information.
• Opt out of any sale or sharing (already the default for LeanSync).
• Not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights.

How to request

Email privacy@leansync.fit from the email on your account. Include the specific request (access, delete, correct) and we’ll verify your identity and respond within 45 days as required by law.

Authorized agents

If an agent is making the request on your behalf, include written authorization. We may contact you directly to confirm the request.
