Your first month of LeanSync is covered by a full-refund guarantee. If the system doesn’t fit, email support@leansync.fit within 14 days of your first charge and we’ll refund the full amount. No questionnaire. No retention script.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from your account or by emailing support. Cancellation stops the next renewal; you keep access through the end of the period you’ve already paid for.

After the first month

Past the 14-day window, we don’t refund prior billing periods, but you can cancel future renewals at any time with no cancellation fee and no contract.

Disputes & chargebacks

Before disputing a charge with your bank, please email support — we can almost always resolve it faster directly. Fraudulent chargebacks will be investigated.
